Caregore Consulting Do’s and Don’ts

For all Caregore Consulting consultants

Do not solicit any monies directly from a client that is outside of the agreement stated herein on the working contract.

  • All monies should be directed to the company account indicated herein and payouts are done after the cash has been received, giving it a maximum of 72 hours for a turnaround in payouts.

Do not promise the clients to fulfill their requirement needs fully without first consulting with Caregore management.

  • We provide opportunities for solutions but do not necessarily meet the target solutions that may be the client’s needs, e.g. the clients’ specific amount of grant/funding needs, the solution for partnerships, etc.

Do not sign any contracts on behalf of Caregore consulting at any given time.

If your organization wants to form a bilateral agreement directly with the client in which you want to charge a consultancy fee, ensure that the agreement is sent to Caregore consulting management for approval before the client appends any signature, because failure to do this, we will not be liable to any agreement entered without our consent.

Do not discuss a particular client’s needs with another client, in this case; various Counties/States/Provinces/Governments/Companies/Businesses, etc.

As is stipulated in the Caregore consulting None Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed between yourself or the organization and the said client, you can face legal action for sharing and divulging information that is entrusted to you by the client.

Do not solicit contacts from a particular network with the intention of trying to secure backhanded businesses

  • Respect the chain of command or chain of networks and safeguard the people you meet through another entity as much as you would like your connections safeguarded.

Do not use personal money on entertaining potential clients with the aim of asking Caregore consulting company for re-reimbursement or repayment without a prior agreement.

  • We have a no-cure-no-pay contract in place, to help you avoid incurring any unnecessary costs that may not be of value to you or the end mission of the consultancy plan.
