NGIF want to cooperate globally with all solid and genuine Parties and Partners who share with NGIF the vision, for the world to become a better and more sustainable place to live in – tomorrow being better than it is today, and today better than it was yesterday. NGIF aim to bridge between funding (investments) and humanitarian and social projects collaborating to the sustainable world development. NGIF offer non repayable multi BUSD / BEURO project funding, against the project owner or a third-party investor places / blocks as collateral and proof existence of 150 MUSD / MEURO on own account in a reputable (top 50 in world) banks for more than 12 months and one day, preferably for longer, if the funding needs are larger than 1 B. AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK (AIN) is today Denmark’s largest nationwide business network of interests and investments in Africa. AIN are yearly in contact with over 1000 stakeholders and companies with an interest in Africa and facilitate yearly 4 -5 seminars, all with a relevant focus on Africa and changing topics from time to time. AIN consists of companies from all industries, educational institutions, ministries, authorities, NGOs, Investmentfond for Developing Countries (IFU), Denmarks Export Credit Agency (EKF), the trade counsels, various trade associations, Danida and the resident African ambassadors etc. Caregore has been cooperating with Nordekon / AIN and has since 2021 been a member of the AIN network (2013 – 2021 – to date)
RPF specializes in arranging infrastructure projects in developed and developing nations that include Africa, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, the US, the Middle East, and S.E. Asia. RPF focuses on projects that will result in economic stimulation and job growth through infrastructure development. Additionally, the projects must not be in conflict with the 17 SDGs of the UN and have a positive environmental and humanitarian impact to be qualified for acceptance by RPF. Caregore has been cooperating with RPF on developing sustainable infrastructure projects (2018 to date)
Tasklift was a mobile (app driven) compliance and knowledge sharing system, that integrates all human process related resources, and it secures – in a simple (Cloud based) manner – documentation of all activities being done, as they are being done / executed. Documentation is thereby secured being done by those (often blue collar) persons, actually performing the tasks / works in a given organization, whereby the organization consequently releases costly (often white collar) resources, traditionally having to (double) check the quality, extend and timing of the work done. The goal of IE is to develop a thriving network of Innovation Embassies that service within organizations and throughout regions, connecting people to the resources they need to attain sustainable success in their work, i.e. 1. Partner with co-working spaces, universities and unique institutions in a variety of cities and countries, connecting them via our innovation network. 2. Establish Satellite Innovation Embassies to service public and private organizations, utilizing local strengths and resources to set the region’s visions. 3. Engage with companies to install Innovation Embassies that can create a network within their own offices, based on their innovation priorities and initiatives. Caregore was Ambassador of Innovation Embassy, in connection with the high profiled Future City of Africa project, where the aim was to gather decision makers of the largest African cities for a conference in Nairobi; however the world was not ready at that time, to dela with migration and con investing into sustainable development of African societies and cities. Marine Service Partners JV
The three companies, Nordic Marine Service A/S from Denmark, Baltic Taucherei und Bergungsbetrieb Rostock GmbH from Germany and Svensk Sjöentreprenad AB from Sweden formed the Marine Service Partner Joint Venture (in short MSP-JV), having its registered place of business in Denmark.
The cooperation between these three professionally operating companies from the Maritime sector is well prepared to perform works and deliver marine or marine related services of any kind in, under, on or adjacent to the water as well as on shore, meeting all the requirement of the customers, being involved in Marine Works projects such as immersed tunnels like the Fehmarn tunnel, bridges, harbors, wind farms or other off shore works. Tunnelservice ApS and Femern Belt Service Center
Tunnelservice was a network association, where FBSC was being the point of entry and contact, bringing (sub)contractors, suppliers and service providers together, offering (infrastructure) services to general and turnkey contractors in connection with Danish infrastructure projects, starting with the Femern project. The Femern project was somehow put on hold due to German protests, whereafter TS and FBSC was closed down. Caregore was board member and partner. (2013 – 2015)

FCC Construcción is a world leader in its sector, with extensive experience accumulated over its 120 years of history. Its activities cover all areas of engineering and construction and it is a benchmark for civil works (roads, railways, airports, hydraulic and marine works, tunnels, bridges) and residential and non-residential building works such as hospitals, football stadiums, museums, offices, etc. Caregore was FCC business development representative in Denmark (2014 – 2015) www.fcc.es/en/construccion-infraestructuras
GÜLERMAK, since its establishment, has been a top leading international EPC contractor known for its excellent reputation and professionalism. GÜLERMAK has been in operation since its establishment in the year 1958, and has been executing global turnkey civil infrastructure, and industrial construction projects. Caregore was advisor for Gülermak in connection with their tender preparation, related to the M4 Cityringen metro branch off to North harbor. Had Gülermak succeeded tender wise, Caregore would have become Gülermak´s Project Director for this project.
