Africa’s infrastructure story is changing rapidly. What was once a conversation dominated by untapped potential is now becoming a movement focused on execution, industrialisation, and large-scale delivery.
At the inaugural Africa We Build Summit 2026 held at the JW Marriott Hotel in Nairobi, leaders from across government, finance, infrastructure, and industry gathered around one central message: Africa’s future will be built through infrastructure-led industrial transformation.
Hosted by the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) in partnership with the Government of Kenya, the summit brought together approximately 500 high-level delegates including heads of state, ministers, development finance institutions, institutional investors, and global industry leaders.
